Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

Lightly grease or line a Muffin pan.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, salt, and chopped pecans.

In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Fill muffin cups about ¾ full.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
