Air Fryer Pizza Bombs 🍕
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)

½–1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed or shredded)

Pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)

¼ cup pizza sauce

2 tbsp melted butter

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions

Prep dough: Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 3–4 inch circle.

Fill: Add a small spoon of pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings to the center. Do not overfill.

Seal: Pull edges up and pinch tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball, seam side down.

Season: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over each bomb.

Air fry: Place in air fryer basket with space between. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 7–9 minutes, turning once, until golden.

Finish: Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
Tips

Use low-moisture mozzarella to avoid leaks.

If browning too fast, lower to 330°F for the last few minutes.
