Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs
A simple, high-protein breakfast that’s creamy, fluffy, and perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions or spinach (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or small casserole dish.
2. Mix the Eggs
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
3. Add Remaining Ingredients
Stir in cottage cheese, shredded cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Fold in green onions or spinach if using.
4. Bake
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
5. Cool and Serve
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

- For extra protein, add cooked diced turkey or chicken.
- For a vegetable version, mix in sautéed mushrooms, peppers, or zucchini.
