Cheesy Chicken and Pasta Casserole
Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or macaroni)

1½ cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

½ cup sour cream (optional)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

1 tablespoon butter (melted)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and 1½ cups of the shredded cheese. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

If using breadcrumbs, mix them with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
