Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
Ingredients

2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup melted chocolate chips (dark or milk)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Stir in the melted chocolate.

Gently fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.

Place on a parchment-lined tray.
