Creamy Broccoli Grape Salad with Bacon

Ingredients

3 cups fresh Broccoli florets

1 cup halved Grapes

1 medium Cucumber, diced

4–5 strips cooked and crumbled Bacon

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped (optional)

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or sugar

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the Broccoli florets, halved Grapes, diced Cucumber, red onion, and crumbled Bacon.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the creamy dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
