Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A grilled cheese sandwich is a quick and tasty meal made with toasted bread and melted cheese.
Ingredients

2 slices of bread

2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any cheese you like)

1–2 tablespoons butter
Instructions

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Place the cheese slices between the unbuttered sides of the bread.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.

Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes.

Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts.

Remove from the pan, cut in half, and serve hot.
